This webinar carries on the tradition of reviewing amendments to the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure before they become effective. Slated to become effective on December 1, 2025, rules affecting Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs), motions to determine the status of mortgage accounts, and direct appeals will be adopted. The webinar will also discuss Local Rules and Forms impacted by amendments to our Local Rules as well as rules proposed to take effect next year.
