This webinar provides an in-depth review of the 20-year long Yoncuski bankruptcy case which began in 2004 when Donna Deitrick sued her ex-husband, Robert F. Yoncuski, and several others (including Robert's brother, Thomas J. Yoncuski, and Robert's then-wife, Vanessa M. Yoncuski) over the removal of a safe from her home during their divorce proceedings in 2004. Deitrick claimed the safe contained millions in cash and jewelry, which the defendants allegedly stole and hid.
